New Music Inferno joins forces with Tour Press Force (TPF)

We met up with Tour Press Force (TPF) while we were out covering Vans Warped Tour 2016 in Pomona and Las Vegas this summer.
Monica Demattei (Cosmic-A) and her daughter Nahnalah Guerrero, founded TPF to empower youth within the music industry—ultimately to create hands-on opportunities for young adults who are passionate about music to follow their passion (especially if they are career motivated) to gain experience, and to develop music industry supportive-role skills (i.e. journalism, photography, videography etc.).
TPF was created out of Nahnalah's aspiration to become a rock photographer. She was inspired to "rock the shots" after participating in Lisa Johnson Rock Photographer's Think TEI Life in the Pit photography workshop during Vans Warped Tour 2015. Through that experience she was able to live her dream to shoot photos like she saw in AP Magazine.
Nahnalah returned to participate a second time, as well as our own Taryn Poe (Taryn It Up Photography) who participated in Lisa Johnson's Life in the Pit photography workshop during Warped Tour 2016 this summer. The girls submitted entries into the Life in the Pit_2016 Photography Contest with Taryn receiving an honorable mention and Nahnalah as one of the winning candidates.
